الٓمٓ
Alif. Lam. Meem.
Research verse 32:1 →
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
A sending-down of the Book—no dispute is in it—from the Lord of all realms.
Research verse 32:2 →
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ ٱفْتَرَىٰهُ بَلْ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ أَتَىٰهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
Or do they say, “He fabricated it”? Rather, it is the truth from your Lord, so that you may warn a people to whom no warner came before you, so that they might be guided.
Research verse 32:3 →
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ
Allah is the One who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days, then rose straight over the Throne. You have, apart from Him, no ally and no intercessor; will you not then remember?
Research verse 32:4 →
يُدَبِّرُ ٱلْأَمْرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥٓ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
He manages the command from the sky to the earth; then it ascends up to Him in a day whose measured span is a thousand years of what you count.
Research verse 32:5 →
ذَٰلِكَ عَٰلِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
That is the Knower of the hidden and the witnessed, the Mighty, the Merciful.
Research verse 32:6 →
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقَهُۥ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ مِن طِينٍ
The One who made excellent every thing He created, and He began the creation of the human being from clay.

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ
Then He made his offspring from an extract, from a weak fluid.
Research verse 32:8 →
ثُمَّ سَوَّىٰهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِۦ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ
Then He fashioned him evenly and blew into him from His spirit, and He made for you the hearing, and the sights, and the hearts; little is it that you show gratitude.
Research verse 32:9 →
وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا ضَلَلْنَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِى خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍۭ بَلْ هُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمْ كَٰفِرُونَ
And they say, “Is it that when we are lost in the earth, will we indeed be in a new creation?” Rather, they are deniers of the encounter with their Lord.
Research verse 32:10 →
قُلْ يَتَوَفَّىٰكُم مَّلَكُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ٱلَّذِى وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ
Say, “The angel of death, who has been entrusted with you, fully takes you; then to your Lord you are returned.”
Research verse 32:11 →
وَلَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُوا۟ رُءُوسِهِمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ رَبَّنَآ أَبْصَرْنَا وَسَمِعْنَا فَٱرْجِعْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَٰلِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ
And if you could see when the criminals are lowering their heads before their Lord: “Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so send us back; we will do what is sound. Indeed, we are certain.”
Research verse 32:12 →
وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَـَٔاتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَىٰهَا وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ مِنِّى لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
And if We had willed, We would surely have given every soul its guidance; but the statement from Me has become binding: I will most certainly fill Hell with the jinn and humankind, all together.
Research verse 32:13 →
فَذُوقُوا۟ بِمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَآ إِنَّا نَسِينَٰكُمْ وَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْخُلْدِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
So taste, for the reason that you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours; indeed, We have forgotten you. And taste the torment of abiding permanence for what you used to do.
Research verse 32:14 →
إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِهَا خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا۟ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
Only those who, when they are reminded by Our signs, collapse down as ones prostrating and glorify with the praise of their Lord, while they do not act arrogantly, are the ones who trust in Our signs.
Research verse 32:15 →
تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
Their sides pull away from the resting-places; they call upon their Lord in fear and hope, and from what We have provided them they spend.
Research verse 32:16 →
فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَّآ أُخْفِىَ لَهُم مِّن قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
So no soul knows what has been concealed for them of coolness of eyes, as a recompense for what they used to do.
Research verse 32:17 →
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ
So is one who has been a believer like one who has been a deviator? They are not equal.
Research verse 32:18 →
أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ جَنَّٰتُ ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ نُزُلًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
As for those who have believed and done the sound/wholesome deeds, then for them are the Gardens of the Shelter, as a first hospitality, because of what they used to do.
Research verse 32:19 →
وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا۟ فَمَأْوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُوٓا۟ أَن يَخْرُجُوا۟ مِنْهَآ أُعِيدُوا۟ فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ
And as for those who broke away (into deviancy), their lodging is the Fire. Every time they want to get out of it, they are sent back into it, and it is said to them, “Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny.”
Research verse 32:20 →
وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَدْنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
And We will surely make them taste some of the nearer punishment, apart from the greater punishment, so that they might return.
Research verse 32:21 →
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِۦ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَآ إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ
And who is darker in wrongdoing than one who was reminded by the signs of his Lord, then turned away from them? Indeed, We are, against the criminals, Ones Who exact vengeance.
Research verse 32:22 →
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَلَا تَكُن فِى مِرْيَةٍ مِّن لِّقَآئِهِۦ وَجَعَلْنَٰهُ هُدًى لِّبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture; so do not be in doubt about its receiving, and We made it a guidance for the Children of Israel.
Research verse 32:23 →
وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ
And from among them We made leaders, guiding by Our command, when they had endured, and they used to be sure of Our signs.
Research verse 32:24 →
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
Indeed, your Lord—He will decide between them on the Day of Standing, regarding that in which they used to differ.
Research verse 32:25 →
أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِى مَسَٰكِنِهِمْ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ أَفَلَا يَسْمَعُونَ
Has it then not guided them, how many generations We destroyed before them, [those whose] dwellings they walk in? Surely in that are signs; will they not then listen?
Research verse 32:26 →
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّا نَسُوقُ ٱلْمَآءَ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْجُرُزِ فَنُخْرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرْعًا تَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ أَنْعَٰمُهُمْ وَأَنفُسُهُمْ أَفَلَا يُبْصِرُونَ
Have they not seen that We drive the water to the cut‑off land, then We bring out with it a crop from which their grazing animals eat, and [also] their own selves? Will they not then perceive?
Research verse 32:27 →
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْفَتْحُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
And they say, “When is this opening, if you are truthful?”
Research verse 32:28 →
قُلْ يَوْمَ ٱلْفَتْحِ لَا يَنفَعُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِيمَٰنُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ
Say, “On the Day of the Opening, the trust/faith of those who covered [the truth] will not benefit them, nor will they be granted any delay.”
Research verse 32:29 →
فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَٱنتَظِرْ إِنَّهُم مُّنتَظِرُونَ
So turn away from them and wait; indeed, they are surely waiting.
Research verse 32:30 →
