Surah At-Tawbah (9:98)
وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
And among the desert‑dwellers is one who regards what he spends as a penal burden, and he lies in wait for the cycles (of misfortune) against you. Upon them is the cycle of evil. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing.
