Surah At-Tawbah (9:79)

ٱلَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ ٱلْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهْدَهُمْ فَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ سَخِرَ ٱللَّهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Those who jab at the volunteers from among the believers regarding the truthful-givings, and those who find nothing except their utmost effort, then they ridicule them—Allah has ridiculed them, and for them is a painful punishment.
