Surah At-Tawbah (9:67)
ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ بَعْضُهُم مِّنۢ بَعْضٍ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ نَسُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ
The hypocrite men and the hypocrite women are of one another: they command what is disapproved and restrain from what is recognized, and they draw in their hands. They forgot Allah, so He left them out of account. Indeed, the hypocrites—it is they who are the ones who break away.
