Surah At-Tawbah (9:50)
إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ يَقُولُوا۟ قَدْ أَخَذْنَآ أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ
If a good thing reaches you, it grieves them; but if a misfortune reaches you, they say, “We had already taken our matter into our own hands before,” and they turn away while they are exultant.
