Surah At-Tawbah (9:19)

أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ ٱلْحَآجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ وَجَٰهَدَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَسْتَوُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Have you made the giving of drink to the pilgrim and the inhabiting/maintaining of the inviolable mosque like one who has believed in Allah and the Last Day and has striven in the path of Allah? They are not equal with Allah, and Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
