Surah At-Tawbah (9:104)

أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ ٱلتَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَأْخُذُ ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

Have they not known that it is Allah—He who accepts the turning-back (repentance) from His servants and takes the charities—and that it is Allah—He who is the Oft-Turning, the Merciful?
