Surah Al-Anfal (8:44)

وَإِذْ يُرِيكُمُوهُمْ إِذِ ٱلْتَقَيْتُمْ فِىٓ أَعْيُنِكُمْ قَلِيلًا وَيُقَلِّلُكُمْ فِىٓ أَعْيُنِهِمْ لِيَقْضِىَ ٱللَّهُ أَمْرًا كَانَ مَفْعُولًا وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ

And when He shows them to you, when you meet, as few in your eyes, and He makes you few in their eyes, so that Allah may bring to completion a matter that had been done; and to Allah all matters are returned.
