Surah Al-Anfal (8:33)

وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَأَنتَ فِيهِمْ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ مُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ

And Allah was not to chastise them while you are among them, and Allah was not to be one who chastises them while they are seeking covering-forgiveness.
