Surah Al-A'raf (7:58)

وَٱلْبَلَدُ ٱلطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُۥ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِۦ وَٱلَّذِى خَبُثَ لَا يَخْرُجُ إِلَّا نَكِدًا كَذَٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ

And the good land—its growth comes out by permission of its Lord; while that which has become foul—nothing comes out (from it) except in a vexing way. Thus We vary the signs for a people who show gratitude.
