Surah Al-A'raf (7:205)

وَٱذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِى نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ ٱلْجَهْرِ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِ بِٱلْغُدُوِّ وَٱلْـَٔاصَالِ وَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْغَٰفِلِينَ

And remember your Lord within yourself, in imploring and fear, and below loudness of speech, at early mornings and the late times of the day; and do not be among the heedless.
