Surah Al-A'raf (7:193)

وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ لَا يَتَّبِعُوكُمْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ أَدَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ أَمْ أَنتُمْ صَٰمِتُونَ

And if you call them to the guidance, they do not follow you; it is the same for you whether you call them or whether you are silent.
