Surah Al-A'raf (7:167)

وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمْ سُوٓءَ ٱلْعَذَابِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ ٱلْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

And when your Lord proclaimed that He will surely raise up against them, until the Day of Standing, one who makes them taste the evil of the punishment. Indeed, your Lord is certainly swift in following up (with consequence), and indeed, He is surely Forgiving, Merciful.
