Surah Al-Ma'arij (70:41)

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

for that We may replace [them] with better than them, and We are not ones who can be outstripped.
