Surah Al-An'am (6:9)

وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَٰهُ مَلَكًا لَّجَعَلْنَٰهُ رَجُلًا وَلَلَبَسْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّا يَلْبِسُونَ

And if We had made him an angel, We would certainly have made him a man, and We would indeed have obscured for them what they are (already) obscuring.
