Surah Al-An'am (6:154)

ثُمَّ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ تَمَامًا عَلَى ٱلَّذِىٓ أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلًا لِّكُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Then We gave Moses the Book, as a completion upon the one who excelled in doing good, and as a detailed distinguishing of every thing, and as guidance and mercy, so that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
