فَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُن كَصَاحِبِ ٱلْحُوتِ إِذْ نَادَىٰ وَهُوَ مَكْظُومٌ
So restrain yourself for the judgment of your Lord, and do not be like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was choked-inward.
