Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:8)

لَّا يَنْهَىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَٰتِلُوكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَٰرِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُقْسِطِينَ

Allah does not forbid you, regarding those who have not fought you in the matter of the judgment/religion and have not driven you out from your dwellings, that you show them devoted goodness and deal justly toward them; indeed, Allah loves those who act with justice.
