Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:111)

وَإِذْ أَوْحَيْتُ إِلَى ٱلْحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ أَنْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِى وَبِرَسُولِى قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا وَٱشْهَدْ بِأَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُونَ

And when I communicated by inspiration to the disciples: “Trust in Me and in My messenger.” They said, “We have trusted, so witness that we are ones who submit.”
