Surah An-Najm (53:31)

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسَٰٓـُٔوا۟ بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَيَجْزِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا۟ بِٱلْحُسْنَى

And to God belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, in order that He may repay those who did evil with what they did, and that He may repay those who did good with the most excellent.
