Surah Al-Ahqaf (46:32)

وَمَن لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءُ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ

And whoever does not respond to the caller of Allah is not one to escape [Him] in the earth, and he has no allies apart from Him; those are in clear misguidance.
