Surah Al-Ahqaf (46:24)

فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُّسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا۟ هَٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُّمْطِرُنَا بَلْ هُوَ مَا ٱسْتَعْجَلْتُم بِهِۦ رِيحٌ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Then when they saw it as a looming [mass] facing their valleys, they said, “This is a looming [cloud] that will make rain fall upon us.” No; rather, it is what you were hastening for: a wind within it is a painful punishment.
