Surah Al-Jathiyah (45:23)
أَفَرَءَيْتَ مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَٰهَهُۥ هَوَىٰهُ وَأَضَلَّهُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ وَخَتَمَ عَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِۦ وَقَلْبِهِۦ وَجَعَلَ عَلَىٰ بَصَرِهِۦ غِشَٰوَةً فَمَن يَهْدِيهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱللَّهِ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
So have you considered the one who has taken his own desire as his god, and Allah let him go astray on [the basis of] knowledge, and sealed over his hearing and his heart, and placed over his sight a covering? So who can guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?
