Surah Az-Zukhruf (43:46)

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

And indeed We sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his chiefs, so he said, “Indeed, I am a messenger of the Lord of the worlds.”
