Surah Ash-Shuraa (42:48)
فَإِنْ أَعْرَضُوا۟ فَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا إِنْ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ وَإِنَّآ إِذَآ أَذَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً فَرِحَ بِهَا وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ كَفُورٌ
So if they turn away, then We have not sent you over them as a keeper; upon you there is nothing except the conveying. And when We make the human taste mercy from Us, he rejoices in it; but if a bad thing strikes them because of what their hands have sent ahead, then indeed the human is intensely ungrateful.
