Surah Ash-Shuraa (42:33)
إِن يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ ٱلرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهِۦٓ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
If He wills, He can make the wind still, and then they would remain there, motionless, upon its surface. Indeed, in that are signs for every one who is intensely enduring and deeply grateful.
