Surah Fussilat (41:45)

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَٱخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِى شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

And indeed We gave Moses the Book, then it was differed about; and were it not for a word that had already gone ahead from your Lord, judgment would have been concluded between them; and indeed they are, regarding it, in a doubt that causes disturbance.
