Surah Fussilat (41:44)
وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَانًا أَعْجَمِيًّا لَّقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا فُصِّلَتْ ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓ ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّ وَعَرَبِىٌّ قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هُدًى وَشِفَآءٌ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍۭ بَعِيدٍ
And if We had made it a non-Arabic recitation, they would certainly have said, “Why have its signs not been set out distinctly? Is it non-Arabic and [yet] Arab?” Say, “It is, for those who have attained faith, guidance and healing; while those who do not attain faith – in their ears is heaviness, and it is blindness upon them. Those are being called from a distant place.”
