Surah Ali 'Imran (3:138)
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This is a clarification for humanity, and a guidance and an admonition for those who are mindful (of protection).
