Surah Ali 'Imran (3:127)

لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَآئِبِينَ

so that He may cut off a portion of those who have covered [the truth], or abase them, and so they turn back thwarted.
