Surah Sad (38:10)

أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَٰبِ

Or do they have the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them? Then let them ascend by the means.
