لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
so that he may warn whoever is (truly) alive, and so that the statement becomes binding upon the deniers.
