Surah Ya-Sin (36:10)
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
And it is all the same to them whether you warn them or you do not warn them — they will not believe.
