Surah Fatir (35:9)
وَٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلنُّشُورُ
And Allah is the One who sent the winds, so they stir up a cloud, then We drove it to a dead land and thereby gave life to the earth after its death. Thus is the arising.
