Surah Saba (34:19)
فَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا بَٰعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَٰهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَٰهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ
So they said, “Our Lord, make distance between our journeys,” and they wronged their own selves; so We made them [mere] tales and tore them apart with every tearing. Indeed, in that are signs for every one who is intensely enduring and greatly grateful.
