Surah Al-Ahzab (33:36)

وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلًا مُّبِينًا

And it has not been [possible] for any believing man nor any believing woman, when Allah and His messenger have decided a matter, that there should be for them the choosing regarding their affair; and whoever defies Allah and His messenger has certainly strayed with an evident straying.
