Surah Al-Ahzab (33:18)

قَدْ يَعْلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُعَوِّقِينَ مِنكُمْ وَٱلْقَآئِلِينَ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ هَلُمَّ إِلَيْنَا وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلْبَأْسَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

Allah indeed knows those who impede among you, and those who say to their brothers, “Come on to us,” while they do not come to the fighting except a little.
