Surah Ar-Rum (30:47)

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآءُوهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

And indeed We sent, before you, messengers to their people, and they came to them with clear proofs; then We exacted retribution from those who committed crime, and supporting the believers was truly incumbent upon Us.
