Surah Al-Baqarah (2:97)
قُلْ مَن كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّجِبْرِيلَ فَإِنَّهُۥ نَزَّلَهُۥ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Say, “Whoever has been an enemy to Gabriel — then it is he who has brought it down upon your heart by Allah’s leave, as one confirming what is between his hands, and as guidance and good news for the believers.”
