Surah Al-Baqarah (2:84)

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَٰقَكُمْ لَا تَسْفِكُونَ دِمَآءَكُمْ وَلَا تُخْرِجُونَ أَنفُسَكُم مِّن دِيَٰرِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ

And when We took your binding pledge: that you shall not spill your own blood, nor shall you drive your own selves out from your dwellings. Then you confirmed (it), while you were witnessing.
