Surah Al-Baqarah (2:45)
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ
And seek help by means of restraint and the prayer; and indeed, it is truly weighty, except upon those who are humbled.
