Surah Al-Baqarah (2:30)
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى جَاعِلٌ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوٓا۟ أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ ٱلدِّمَآءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّىٓ أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
And when your Lord said to the angels, “I am indeed one who places in the earth a successor,” they said, “Will You place in it one who causes ruin in it and pours out the blood, while we exalt [You] with Your praise and declare holiness for You?” He said, “I indeed know what you do not know.”
