Surah Al-Baqarah (2:230)
فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعْدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُۥ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَآ أَن يَتَرَاجَعَآ إِن ظَنَّآ أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
So if he divorces her, then she is not permitted for him afterward until she enters into a marriage with a spouse other than him. Then if he (too) divorces her, there is no burden on the two of them to return to one another, if they think that they can uphold the limits of Allah. And those are the limits of Allah; He makes them clear for a people who know.
