Surah Al-Baqarah (2:204)

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُۥ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِى قَلْبِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ ٱلْخِصَامِ

And among the people is one whose speech impresses you in the lowly life, and he makes God a witness over what is in his heart, while he is the most stubborn in dispute.
