Surah Al-Baqarah (2:189)
They ask you about the new crescents. Say, “They are fixed times for the people and for the pilgrimage.” And goodness is not that you come to the houses from their backs; rather, goodness is whoever is conscious (protectively cautious). So come to the houses by their doors, and be conscious of Allah so that you may prosper.
