Surah Al-Baqarah (2:180)

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيْرًا ٱلْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ وَٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

It has been prescribed for you: when death is present to any one of you, if he leaves any good, [then] the bequest is for the parents and the nearest relatives, in accordance with what is recognized as right — as a true obligation upon those who are mindful [of God].
