Surah Al-Baqarah (2:114)
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن مَّنَعَ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ أَن يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسْمُهُۥ وَسَعَىٰ فِى خَرَابِهَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ أَن يَدْخُلُوهَآ إِلَّا خَآئِفِينَ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا خِزْىٌ وَلَهُمْ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
And who is more unjust than one who bars the places of prostration of Allah so that His name is not remembered in them, and strives for their ruin? Those—there is no way for them to enter them except as fearful ones. For them in this world is disgrace, and for them in the Hereafter is a tremendous punishment.
