Surah An-Naml (27:34)

قَالَتْ إِنَّ ٱلْمُلُوكَ إِذَا دَخَلُوا۟ قَرْيَةً أَفْسَدُوهَا وَجَعَلُوٓا۟ أَعِزَّةَ أَهْلِهَآ أَذِلَّةً وَكَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ

She said, “Indeed, the kings—when they enter a town, they ruin it and make the mighty ones of its people lowly; and that is how they act.”
