Surah Al-Furqan (25:53)

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ هَٰذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَٰذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا

And He is the One who let loose the two seas: this one is palatable, very fresh, and this one is salty, intensely briny; and He placed between them a dividing‑barrier and a strictly forbidden partition.
