Surah An-Nur (24:59)

وَإِذَا بَلَغَ ٱلْأَطْفَٰلُ مِنكُمُ ٱلْحُلُمَ فَلْيَسْتَـْٔذِنُوا۟ كَمَا ٱسْتَـْٔذَنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

And when the children among you reach the dream (age of sexual maturity), then let them seek permission just as those before them sought permission. Thus does Allah make His signs clear to you, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
